Pushing Daisies is an ABC Television series that started in 2007 and was cancelled during its second season in 2008. It featured Lee Pace as Ned, a pie maker who could bring back the dead with one touch. But there are two very important rules. The first rule: if Ned was to touch the alive again person they would go back to being dead, this time for good. The other rule that occurred was keep the dead person alive again for more than a minute and someone else would die. Pushing Daisies is a mix of Magic, Romance and Mystery. It is often tagged as a 'Dramedy' meaning a Drama/Comedy. The Series is created by Bryan Fuller and Stars Anna Friel, Chi McBride and Swoozie Kurtz. Other cast members include the multi talented Ellen Greene and Kristin Chenoweth. It has won over 20 awards for its distinctive style and technique.A Comic Book is due sometime this year continuing the story of Pushing Daisies.
